HABITS TO IMPROVE SELF-CONFIDENCE.
Improving your self-confidence is not that hard. So today, I have some tips or good habits to share on how you improve you self-confidence!
1. Embrace your imperfections.
This may be strange and unusual but i’m telling you, this is very helpful for you to become more confident. Nobody’s perfect so am I and remember that, if you still try so cover all your flaws just to be perfect, well, you’re so wrong. Just accept it, embrace it and love yourself more because at the end of the day, that’s you and you can’t never change that fact forever.

Having a big mouth, big teeth and a pouty lips is really my insecurities. Dealing with it is not easy. Even i’m trying to solve some problems on my teeth, I still don’t know to work with it. I struggle in smiling and being fierce specially when I do photoshoots. And in that moments, I really do hate myself. Until up to this point, there’s so many questions in my mind. Until I realize something. ACCEPTANCE. Acceptance is all that we need and I believe that it is the way for us to achieve the indescribable happiness in our hearts.
Why am i not perfect? Because I am unique and I am who I am. I have flaws and imperfections that maybe, others couldn’t accept but who cares? everybody has there differences and we should be more grateful for that. Otherwise, let’s make our flaws, our motivation and inspiration to be beautiful and confident.
2. Develop and follow through with action plans.

Confident people have excellent follow through. They do not make big plans only to let them fall to the wayside. If you want to give off confidence, make plans and then follow through with them every time. Select an area where you need to grow. It can be something personal. Set specific deadlines and actions you can take to achieve these goals. Follow through with your plans. Even small steps will boost your confidence. You may not achieve everything exactly as you envisioned, but that’s okay. Taking action in and of itself can raise your confidence.
Every process requires its own steps. A steps taken in order to achieve your goal and that is to become confident.
3. Prioritize self care.

If you want to maintain a confident attitude, you need to care for yourself. Go out. Have fun and enjoy your life. Don’t lock your doors and be alone because you deserve rest and relaxation in this world full of toxicity.
There are many things that you can do to treat yourself. simple and small rewards can make a really big progress in you.
Get enough sleep, have a massage, eat well, go to a salon, pamper yourself and many more. If you have an extra time, go have a skin care routine that could really improve the conditions of your skin and could make you more confident about you appearance.
Those things doesn’t requires a lot of time. Just have a day for yourself, forget the negativity and just enjoy the moment. Sometime, just a “Me-Time” could really make a difference. There, you will really realize the true value of yourself that you are worthy, gorgeous and simply amazing in many different ways.
Don’t let fear stop you for being you.
4. Exercise to boost confidence.
Regular physical activity has a lot of health benefits. However, it can also boost your sense of self-confidence. If you work out regularly, you will feel better about your body and its capabilities. At first, work out schedules can feel taxing. It’s not unusual to find yourself dreading your daily workout when you’re getting into the routine. Stick with it, even if you dislike working out. Eventually, you’ll find yourself looking forward to your daily workout routine and valuing the benefits to your mind and body.
But remember, exercising is not only by going to a gym. You can also have an exercise in your house. have some stretching, do aerobics or zumba, yoga and many more. And in that note, there’s no excuse of having lack of time, money and more!

5. Experiment with new things.
Your comfort zone is not the place to stay. If you want major change in your life, you must push yourself out of your comfort zone. With every step you take out of your comfort zone, you’ll grow more confident.
Try new things that you’ve never did before and don’t be afraid to take risk. Set plans, have a bucket list, be adventurous and try to explore the world. There’s so much more in this world and you better go and see them all.
Experiment new things in a good way and made that a strength and motivation to push harder in life.


After all this habits, I know that there will be a progress and growth in yourself. Not only physically but also mentally. REMEMBER
Having confidence is much more better than being bare. Makeups are not the only way for you to feel that you are worthy, amazing and gorgeous; sometimes just having a trust on yourself and boosting your own self-confidence is much more better to help yourself in many ways.
